Hot-wire EPP cut

The airfoil is cut from expanded polypropylene on a hot-wire foam cutter - the single most localizable, cost-defining part.

Wing build

Spars, control surfaces and hardpoints assembled; antennas routed inside the radio-transparent structure.

Powertrain & electronics

Dual-motor powertrain, flight controller, link and payload integrated and bench-tested.

Pack-out & field kit

Aircraft, ground control and batteries packed into a rugged case - box to air in under five minutes.
